If you need to or going to join under ocean department please sacrifice these things. 1. No leave if you get during the leave time you just need to work for 8hrs that's all. 2. Long working hours if you are planning for outing after 6pm please cancel them because you can't think of it. 3. No increment sorry you will get increment tobuy a movie ticket every month so you can enjoy right. 4. No appreciation or appraisal if you got them may be your work life balance will be snatched. 5. Finally contract employees if you are going under contract please don't have a positive mind set of "on role employment" you will never get them.
