Working with Dainik Bhaskar Group is a really like NIGHTMARE. Zero work-life-balance and personal life. They pressurize employees on the pretext that, since they're media group, their shortcomings would not be highlighted and even if, anyone tries to, won't be action upon by the concerned authorities (both inside and outside), and this proved to be a fact too. Company policies are never shared with employees and upon demand employees are threatened and thus, whenever required, company uses the policies at its own whims and rhymes against the employees. No job security. Red Tapism is very high. Management does neither work for the welfare of the employees, nor listens their concerns. Only suppression of employees. They do not respond to employees communication (be written or oral). Even the Top Management/Promoters do not respond to any such concerns. Have faced it!!! Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
