Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There's a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

job Security is good. However due to chaotic work environment and older employees control on management processes. It's frustrating to work.

1. High on, it's not my job culture. 2. No one is there to listen the concerns of employees even HR is superficial in approach. 3. Senior Management team is disoriented and highly dissatisfied with Board's approach towards management of organisation hence completely disengaged and does only what is asked to do. No ownership even at higher level. 4. Too much of micromanagement across all level. 5. No trust on team member's ability to perform the work. Hence seniors does most of the work. 6. At any point of time, you can be sidelined, even if you have been a good performer, without any logic. 7.
