job Security is good. However due to chaotic work environment and older employees control on management processes. It's frustrating to work.

Dislikes

1. High on, it's not my job culture. 2. No one is there to listen the concerns of employees even HR is superficial in approach. 3. Senior Management team is disoriented and highly dissatisfied with Board's approach towards management of organisation hence completely disengaged and does only what is asked to do. No ownership even at higher level. 4. Too much of micromanagement across all level. 5. No trust on team member's ability to perform the work. Hence seniors does most of the work. 6. At any point of time, you can be sidelined, even if you have been a good performer, without any logic. 7. Company is overhyped in the market but on ground it revenue is of below average organisation. 8. Complete chaos and waste of career, be a new person or old employee. 9.
