Team mates are very friendly coordinating. Job security is unknown depends upon the availability of projects. Career growth is average because this is a consultancy. Salaries are less specially to Indians. Travelling for vacations is on time which is good. Learning opportunity in this consultancy is good as I have friendly colleagues. Work environment depends on the project you are working, for example if you are working within a city project then you are able to rest properly even the availability food is better as compare to working in desert areas. Dislikes

All the projects of substation are similar cannot learn more if working on substation projects. Also the total cost of civil scope of works is very less due to small building construction.
