If, I considered only my department there were good communications b/w office staff and workers. We worked hard with unity, teamwork with taking extra tasks in favour to provide benefits to company I initiated two successful projects in OHBEYA platform and I gave its credit to my Jr. Staff first. I dislike security style for checking labour like refugees. There behaviour also bad that time. HR head is totally illiterate as I felt there he is the cause of resignation too.

I control entire material management after department manager. I was responsible to maintain 5S, inventory in uniform manners, software issues, new modules requests for better management in system processor etc.
