■ Overall great working culture. ■ They care each and every employee by arranging development training programs, awareness training, arranging fun activities, arranging sports activities, good transportation facility, providing good food, and selebreting various festivals like women's day, diwali, Christmas etc. ■ HR policies is also good.

I must say one improvement in bsv "Do not allowed Mobile phone in campany" Some employees taking advantage and use phone in working area. So this is directly impacting workflow.
