If, I considered only my department there were good communications b/w office staff and workers. We worked hard with unity, teamwork with taking extra tasks in favour to provide benefits to company I initiated two successful projects in OHBEYA platform and I gave its credit to my Jr. Staff first. All executions tasks start with actual start base line and ended too with actual end base line without increasing aging days. I overall like my entire team and scenario there except security behaviours.

Dislikes

I dislike security style for checking labour like refugees. There behaviour also bad that time. HR head is totally illiterate as I felt there he is the cause of resignation too.

Our department head was good therefore we had good time there.

Dislikes

They only give opportunity to management s favorite child. Job security was 0 if you don't give happiness to admin department that was actually a dictatorship department then you are out of the company. Dawlance was trying best to be modernised but what about mental sickness?
