The Work Environment is good as the colleagues working over there are nice.

The Management is not at all good the company along with the work culture. They donot have any consideration for their employees. It is corrupted with its Inside Politics for which the employees have to suffer. The environment is quite disturbing and lastly takes a toll on the health of the people too with the stressful environment.

Unfortunately I joined in Data Trained. They Won't pay salaries for 6 months. For every 6 months they will pay half month salary only. Students are paying 2 Lakhs 3 Lakhs but even they wont get any placements. The collected amount from the student are deposits in Black Money account. I am feeling shy to say I am working in data trained. Fraud Company. Don't Join.

There is a long list of these:- Firstly they don't know about the current market or done any research about the market, because many of there courses whether it's like E-Commerce, HR and People Analytics, etc., Secondly, they don't promote their product much, they want sale and sale, they are not spending on advertising and if the sales person unable to do the sales, they will give them PIP, even though their seniors who has lot of year of experience unable to do the sales, how can they expect from a newbie and At Last, I came to know even there hot selling course,i.e., DataScience, contains lots of loopholes, such as their false pitch about the salary and also their after sales operations are also not good, they don't resolve the student query or refund....Read More
