It was a great experience working with Sterling. It was challenging in the beginning but everyone in the company helped me to have confidence in the role. Sterling has Good work culture for both men and women, professional growth, learning, attractive salary hike, flexi hours and friendly managers. work life balance is made so easy. The HR is very supportive and encouraging.

Dislikes

There can be freshers hiring. They mainly concentrate on experienced than freshers.

The primary advantage of working with Sterling was the work-life balance. The friendly environment, friendly leads who understand the family situation and support us. Very good organisation for Females. Colleagues are really supportive. The periodic pay hikes have been always on time. The leave policy is added advantage.
