Good work environment and culture. It is good for start-up your career. Company policies are good and management team are supportive. Overall Experience was Good.

Dislikes

Salary was decent but there is no hikes. Some leaders are good to support our team members to encourage our ability. But some politics are here inbetween leaders.

I am yet to find something that I could find disappointing. Every experience of working with each support team right from IT, admin, HR and Operations has been a very supportive and respectful atmosphere and I am sure my journey is only going to be long here

Interpreters are treated here just like machines, as if no feelings and pain. Super Terrible place to work with ruthless HRs Managers and senior staffs. The seniors and admin so very insensitive and rude towards the interpreters. This place is HELL for interpreters. Not an iota of respect to the interpreters. Interpreters here are working here because they are helpless and seniors and the admins are just taking undue advantage of the interpreters and treating them like pigs. The seniors, admins and the HRs managers are so very insensitive,rude and inhuman towards the Interpreters just because Interpreters are helpless and need a job. Datamark should learn to respect and understand the value of interpreters as interpreters are the revenue generating people. Not an iota of respect to Interpreters, life of interpreters in Datamark is like concentration camps

Only 9 hrs of work and then full day with family. If We do overtime then we get paid handsomely.
