The profile that I worked in was less pressuring, with more flexibility in working.

Dislikes

Lack of monetary growth, pathetic appraisals, lack of personal growth, lack of overall growth as the management and leaders expect that employee should know everything and don’t really believe in coaching. Some of the company policies seems illogical. There is no point in giving feedback as there is no action taken or no improvement could be seen.

Work Details

I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same department.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
