There floor infrastructure was good

Dislikes

There is no work balance, even though you hav to stay whole night. Weekend is just so called leave, after start project they push to come in Saturday and Sunday also. Management is not cooperating they follow micro management.

we can learn new technologies and new skills in free time (i mean if no projects is there )

without giving proper intimation they can layoff the people whoever not working in projects and also bond system if they want to remove no notice period serve they will tell your last date like within two weeks, if we want to go we need to serve notice period 3 months.

Company ask to sign up 2.6yrs bond and there is no offer letter is released untill 6 months for freshers, and there is no growth in any way either salary or technology.
