The organization is really great for kick starting your professional career. They have an excellent work life balance and fun activities are organized almost every month. I was very fortunate to become a part of a team and had an amazing experience with my teammates here. The opportunity of travelling abroad are negligent in this place or I would say it's only for employees at the higher level in hierarchy....Read More

Dislikes

The job security is really low, especially for contractors. The appraisal/salary, learning are positive for permanent employees but not for contractors. So, be cautious before joining this organization on contractual basis. The chances of being permanent are also pretty low. One of the biggest setbacks is, no wfh. There is no job training for freshers or new joinees. You'll have to bug your seniors constantly for learning which gets annoying for both of them. There are also several issues with their management. The managers keep changing within very short span of time. My 3 three managers changed in just 1.5 yrs of tenure here....Read More
