Good place to learn and work at multiple good projects. They have good clients like Hindustan Times, Bajaj Finserv, Pepperfry, Groww, Club Mahindra, Turtle, NAVI etc. Regular trainings are provided for improvement.

I have worked for DWS for over 2 years and have had a grate experience. They are very supportive and allows me to work independently. I have had the opportunity to grow and develop my skills. I would recommended this company to anyone seeking a challenging and rewarding career.

Just the hybrid model

The management is extremely poor with an utterly non-sense HR team. I won’t say the complete company is poor, the boss and few other people were really good and helpful. However the training manager is extremely poor in his work. I was there for a year and since the moment the current TM got some authority, the company has been heading downhill.

Started working since mid-July of 2023. Joined after working as in b2b field sales for almost a year. What I really liked about this company is that there is no in-fighting in the business team. Everyone works here as a team. Even when the CEO speaks with us, he always emphasizes sales targets and goals in reference to the team as awhole. If you can pull your own weight here, there is no micro-management from your seniors. Another thing I like about working here is the flexible timings. Office opens from 8:30AM-8:30 PM, you can clock in anytime as long as you can put your 9 hours in. The CEO, is highly invested in teaching the writing staff about the projects and their impact for them as well as their clients.
