They have hybrid system of work, which is a good thing. Also, the leave policy seems fair and transparent.

This is going to be long. The work culture is toxic, favoritism is clear towards some people who like to butter their way in, the directors are either biased or completely aloof when it comes to making decisions, some unworthy people hold high positions and can be create difficulties even for good writers.
