In 9 years of my work experience, joining Darzi on Call was the worst. The owner herself promotes politics amongst the employees. The owner is a manipulative so much that she may question your existence in the world and even say things like your family is fooling you if they love..she is insecure n makes her employees insecure too..

Dislikes

Everything..no one is trust worthy..from junior to senior..timings are so strict that you may have to forget that you have a life also. And be ready to hire a shrink.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
