Basically there is no system and process made by management that's why company is dependent on its 'Hariram Barber ' . They don't give value to hard working and honest employees. They only believes in rumors don't go into the reality. If you are a good Hariram Barber then you can join quickly.

The company culture is excellent, characterized by a team of soft-spoken colleagues, supportive seniors, and a mentor dedicated to our growth. My Seniors play an important role in growing my skills, making a substantial contribution to our professional growth. Initially, my writing skills were commendable, but under the guidance of our mentor, they have polished further. Another positive aspect is the timely disbursement of salaries, consistently received before the 5th of every month. Moreover, the design of the leave structure is thoughtful, actively promoting a positive work-life balance.

Dislikes

In all honesty, there is very little to dislike about the company ( dartdesign.in ). However, one improvement could be transitioning to Monday-to-Friday work culture, which would align more seamlessly with conventional workweeks and potentially enhance the work-life balance for the team....Read More
