Basically there is no system and process made by management that's why company is dependent on its 'Hariram Barber ' . They don't give value to hard working and honest employees. They only believes in rumors don't go into the reality. If you are a good Hariram Barber then you can join quickly.

I must say that the clients they serve are truly wonderful. Collaborating with them was a delightful experience, and I found it enjoyable to work with such great clients.

In my previous company, I had a very negative experience due to several factors. Firstly, the company promoted religion in a way that made me uncomfortable. This was a clear violation of the separation between personal beliefs and the workplace, creating an unwelcoming environment. Secondly, the dress code was at odds with what I expected from a corporate setting. It deviated significantly from professional standards, which undermined the sense of professionalism and cohesion within the workplace. Moreover, there were undisclosed reasons behind these unconventional practices, leaving employees in the dark. This lack of transparency contributed to a sense of unease and confusion among the staff. Also no time management for work. To conclude, my overall experience at the previous company was very negative. The combination of religious promotion, unconventional dress code, and undisclosed reasons behind these practices created a work environment that did not align with my expectations or values, leading to a highly unsatisfactory work experience.
