Company policies are good, there is no salary deduction. Arranging timely medical supports and constructive mental support to employees. Sanitizing regularly in all office and vehicles, keeping sanitizers in every office front office.

Working hours are not as per industry norms. Very odd working hours which were not suitable for the job which we are supervising. They treated us very rudely during vivid 19 pendamic. I can not explain it.

There is not a single thing to like about dangote refinery. It's a worst phase of somebody's carrer.

No HR and administration management. Everything is translucent. In so many years they are not able to make a proper system for their employees or expats. There is no policy of employees work safety management can't able to provide basic PPE's to their employees. Salaries are not credited on monthly basis. Leave and travel arrangements have to be done by your own which should be handled by companies management.
