I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is not a single thing to like about dangote refinery. It's a worst phase of somebody's carrer.

Dislikes

No HR and administration management. Everything is translucent. In so many years they are not able to make a proper system for their employees or expats. There is no policy of employees work safety management can't able to provide basic PPE's to their employees. Salaries are not credited on monthly basis. Leave and travel arrangements have to be done by your own which should be handled by companies management. Employees are always much more worried about their travel,salary,food , water, lavatory arrangements rather than focusing on their job....Read More

I worked at Dangote for over 12 years and was very impressed with the ethos and work ethics of the company. The look after their staff and have developed an excellent traing curriculum towards self improvement of skills.

Dislikes

Well I came back as a very satisfied employee and have to particular reason to dislike anything about this highly professional company. They have done a great service to the youth and economy of Nigeria.
