the work culture is good, and the Job security is good too

work-life balance is very key, imagine working from monday to saturday 8am to 6pm, and the working environment is too tribalistic where indian boses communicate among themself in hindi language and appraisal is not common here.

Work Details

As the Project Engineer (Civil) of Dangote Refinery my work is very challenging as i have to coordinate, Report, Supervise Daily progress of ongoing construction activity, Also maintaining and keeping records and document for the department.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Dislikes

Dangote company is economically very high but Management decision is very slow in compare to other company management in that case projects getting delay and also loses of the budget and time .

Work Details

As an electrical application engineer I looking vision for selection of the latest Electrical Equipment selection with international Standard IEC, IEEE API NEEMA and co-ordination with DEC to review the document and Vendors .
