Management is NEW to oil business and hence Safety aspects are NOT fully understood despite implementing a Grass Root Big Oil Refinery which is a risky business. Since the Management is experienced in Cement business , HSE is NOT given adequate importance as on date. Needs further focus.Lagos is still considered to be a Risky place to work and inflation is very high. Medical facilities are in adequate.
