Being a part of growing organization you can learn and grow into different fields and you are exposed to many conditions, so this lies with Danem. I was part of Tender team and was given chance in multiple fields.

Being a one community company, you will not love been part during your initial months as everyone speaks Malayalam...later on you get to use to that or left with no option. Nowdays they are quoting more Manpower Tenders which many technical people may not love to do as its something close to Admin or HR Related fields but we have to do that work as company consider it as a major income source.

It was early Jan 2020 there was very few covid-19 cases but we established temperature monitoring, wearing mask,washing hand with soap solutions.....etc, Working with Danem is different,you should know your job very well. Project pressure should be as usual.very less time for learning... Overall company is good 👍
