Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Variety of clients for tax department. Partners are approachable.

Exposure to article assistant depends on luck. Few article spend upto 1 year with clients. Few partners are like dictators.

Biggest plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. All the partners are very supportive.

Although there is on- job training fishers but it should be increased to train the freshers in line with new amendments in the field of auditing.
