It is one of the worst companies I have ever worked at. Both the floor managers and the ones from the human resource department threaten lower-ranked employees all the time and when they say that they'd like to tender their resignation, these managers threaten them with legal action. The work culture, in plain and simple words, is just pathetic!

Work Details

To say the least, my experience of working at /IBM Daksh eServices Private Limited has been a painful one. The trainer had the audacity to shout at me and slam the desk, that too in front of everyone. The managers on the floor used to behave like goons.

I liked company culture,environment which i worked,company ethics.

Sometimes it was really difficult to get to next level even having a good skill set and giving 100%.

Work Details

Ofcourse work pressure was there but i was able to handle. It was challenging many times loved to do that and achieved goals.Won many awards too how ever never recognized by my managers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
