Everything is good in Daikin ,its like my dream campany ,best part are in this campany, its not focus only technical skill also develop commercial skill.Daikin engineer are Techno -Commercial.they can work each and every department easily and also can work any state of India because there are lots of travelling in different states.
Dislikes
Daikin need to hire more Employees,because existing employee are working hard & lots of travelling in different states.Due to this existing employee are overloaded.they have to do everything from start to end .
Work with the Japanese guidance and proper system to do your work on time .
Analysis system is very strong which is help of us .
Dislikes
Location, company location not good for me because of here limited options for your children education.
Work Details
I manage 220 manpower and handle day to day abnormal situation and resolve it.
As a secation in charge we create safe environment for production members on shoop floor .
Kaizen do for increased productivity ,
