Structure of the organisation is not so employee friendly. Almost everything is governed by HQ (OPPO China Office). And it seems India management tries to negotiate with HQ quite often but they fails almost every time (or they just shows that they are trying). Which overall makes the company policies poor for employees as well as makes management weak if not poor.

Dislikes

In my opinion job security is good as it is fairly new organisation in India. Career growth is average as you'll be working a lot (sometimes on weekends even if you don't want to) but only bug fixing/maintaining the code, not on any feature/core development because there are none. Initial salary + bonuses offered are good, but expect increment to be low. A lot of politics comes into play while work and bonus distributions so if you're good with politics, good for you. But if you're not, someone else is for sure will eat your piece of pie. About work-life balance and learning, as said most of the work is code maintenance so you will need to compromise (strongly) on both.
