There is no work pressure and work-life balance is too good. Company is strict for safey of employees at work place. There are many rules to confirm the safety of employees during work. Pick and drop facility also good. Subsidised food is also available for each employee.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
