Daelim is great place to work. It's a south korean company. Hierarchy matters most. Koreans are workaholic. So expect more work. Team mates are very friendly. Managers are very generous. It's a great place for learning and skills development.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. it is great privilege for any one to work in reputed company like DAELIM ,when I did work with DAELIM, I found it this is good company for career growth.they have always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism.I have learned a lot from my current role

I don't dislike anything about my company and manager overall I am happy with my company,I appreciate the opportunities,occasionally have difference opinion my manager ,but I think that's healthy part of working in a team where all member are trying to do their best for the project and isn't indicative of any personality clashes.
