My overall experience in dabur India Limited in good. Great place to learn FMCG business gives you opportunities to learn and develop projects independently. Job security is there but work life balance needs to be improved. Overall all culture is good. But there is wide scope of improvement

Long hierarchy with in the company. Very Slow growth. Employee engagement activities should be more, less transparency.
