Only Dabur Brands image in market is good and timely salary is credited. Before FY 2020 company culture was much better but post Leadership change things have deteriorated drastically with regards to employee orientation. Now the environment is full of anxiety and stress which is leading to illness.

Dislikes

Pathetic Work culture. No work ethics at all, no employee learning and development. Highly de -motivational environment. No consideration/recognition for hard work. Company culture is filled with Politics. Will strongly recommend not to join Dabur as they will compromise with their mental health.

Atmosphere is very excellent here in dabur, as far as growth part is concerned. I start my career here and growth came time to time. Dabur is the only company who take care of their employees.i have spend 15 years here. And still i want another opportunity which is almost done. So I feel work at good place

I am handling 18 field force reporting to me. Distribution channel efficiency and sales is our concern area. Development of infrastructure in Field is part of job. Travel is big concern for me. Because as we have separate division.
