No matter how smart you work or how hard work you work there will be always job threat and rude way of communication used . AH patna Mr mohanty always used rough and harsh language to his colleagues. Employee is always back bone and valuable assets for organisations and he never understood that . Bossy nature is there but heavy lack of leadership. He always threat to terminate and making unnecessarily pressure .My life became hell here . HR also do nothing regarding this after knowing the highest rate of team adulteration problem with him . The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
