Urgent word lost meaning as many people are distracted without priority setting and expected to operate in fire fighting mode. Easy to lose focus, burnouts, no personal life due to lack of work and life balance. Appraisals system is age old and perceptions driven than results and performance driven.

Nothing to like. Worst company culture. Mainly the Kolkata region has the worst culture and management. ZSM is Tanmoy Bose, he only knows to send SO to market without solving any problems. Not a single problem is solved RH is Devesh Golchha, he don't have anything to do with the process, just knows to cut bill at the end of month and complete the number Whole process is worst, No solution nothing. Infiltration at high level, so as a employee requesting the upper management sitting at KCO office to please come for reviewing the Kolkata territory with a sudden plan because whenever anyone comes there work is to make the market a good one HR is Sayak Kundu. A request to Rehan Sir to please make a surprise visit and see the condition of Kolkata and please replace the managers with other region’s area head because now the Kolkata territory is a joke.
