Daawat foods Ltd Co-packer of pepsiCo (kamaspur) is a worst place to work. There is bad type politics between the employees also there a big zero on the name of management.there is a policy to terminate the employee without any intimation or notice or any reason. there is no job security.totaly worst experience for this job place. No bonus rule,no any EL CL, no increment.
