It is one of the text savy company with lot of vission and growth and more over all the employees are treated well with given power for decission making and clear vission and mission . Transperancy and open communication is maintained by all . Encourage in innovation and new ideas and work culture.

Dislikes

As an employee working for such long years expect promotion and recognition form the company and also insentive for sales should be designed and also employees benefit should be encouraged.

I had a very disapointing experience with this organization. Emails were ignored or not responded after several reminders. Specially the senior person was unhelpful hold the salary without any reason and ask to serve the notice period if you are not doing this HR will blackmail to ruin your career. Never join this type of Organization.
