there are very bad things here but most bad is that , a employees work hard to survive self and his family but at the time of giving salary in the end of month you will realise that the company have very cheap thinking , this is because they give the salary till 10th of next month i.e 10 days late , we can say that they donot wantto give salary with full feeling internally even the employee work hard and spent more time to do double work than his small salary....Read More

very bad at all , since it works on basis of short term that is they hire employees in bond they pressurized him to do more work and work with very small salary as he cant leave company without experience certificate till bond completion .
