I joined cis as a fresher in react native team. manager and team supervisor are supportive and helpfull. they will guide you that what you have to do. great opportunity to learn and gain good knowledge. flexible timing for work. working environment is good.

Not Explored so much yet as I've been working from home since I've joined but we have freedom to express our thoughts with the team mates, TL, HR etc. The working environment is really disciplined and I am glad to join CIS as an intern.

There is a long list of dislikes about cis. I trapped in there 3 years bond agreement and they are not even giving appraisal as per their promise. HR depratment is just for spreading lies at the time of joining. Once you signed the agreement you're trapped and can't do anything for 3 years. I highly regret joinig this organisation. I recommend to freshers if you have a offer to work for free for 3-6months just join that and never fall in trap of such organisations with bond agreement....Read More

The overall experience in CIS was good work environment here. All Team members and mentors are very supportive and friendly. The best thing is to get to work on new technologies which is very crucial. This is a good company to start your career.

BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW PLEASE READ GOOGLE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY WHERE SO MANY CLIENTS HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ALSO WERE ANGRY WITH THIS COMAPANYS POLICIES AND WORK QUALITY. MOST OF POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE GIVEN BY THEIR OWN TEAM MEMBERS EVERYWHERE TO SAVE THEIR IMAGE. This comapany has no system to get project, they totally dependent on their business development team, they do freelancing and get projects with very cheaper rate. They represent their senior developer to clients for job interviews and after that a sudo developer who is just a fresher or jr level works on those projects. There is no dedicated QA team who is responsible to test developers work .. they will be only assigned if their client is agreed to pay for QA otherwise only developer will play a role of QA. This company CEOs always focus on Quantity of developers to increase and show off in market that they have large no of devlopers team ... instead they should focus on Quality of work. The worst face of this companys poor management shown in March 2020 Pandemic time when they suddenly fired more than 200 people who had just started their career in last 6-1 year time.Approx 200 people were moved on Leave without pay it means they were forced to give their resignation because company was not able to afford their salaries.... They deducted salaries of people and promised to pay but NEVER completed their promise. If you are going to join this company then forget about your career because even after 10 years of hard work you won't get any growth or a good designation because they have a legacy based non working hierarchy of people who play politics all times with hard working developers careers. So they can fire you any time THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY IN THIS COMPANY... I REPEAT NO JOB SECURITY. Joining CIS is the biggest mistake of my life, regretting so much now. They put full stop on your growth. They make their employees to work on 5-6 projects simultaneously and pay less than the one who sweeps. Developer have to do everything here, from project understanding to estimation, client handling to designing, then lastly code and then test, for everything developer will be responsible. They are not trustworthy, they change their policies anytime. Please consult with any developer here in the CIS before joining, they will let you know the reality, it will help you a lot in saving your career....Read More

My Experience at CIS is very bad, full frustration here, no one gonna a listen you. HRs are here just to make people in their trap, if you need any help for them they won't reply.
