CWT company itself good. When Kalyan and Inder Joshi was manager company was every employees feel like king but now our value is like servant will. No job security anytime anyone can get terminated. Whether it correct or wrong you can't say it's wrong else, whatever you do you won't berecognised you get only scolding and they will just see chance when you do mistake so they can make you feel low. You won't get promoted, no awards nothing....Read More

Hectic work and very poor Hyderabad management. So much partiality supervisor to manager all worst. So many people have put down the papers but no one is bothered to check what's wrong in Hyderabad why all employees are leaving the company.

It has been 2 & half year working with CWT and its been wonderful experience. Cwt culture is awesome their four pilar. Cwt is very helpful there is job security in this covid 19 pandamic.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
