Disappointing and Unprofessional Hiring Process at Cvent I recently went through the hiring process at Cvent for the Operations Associate role, and my experience was highly disappointing. I was contacted on February 18th, and the entire process stretched for over a month with long, unnecessary delays. After multiple interview rounds, I was left waiting for weeks for the final interview, with no updates or responses despite repeated follow-ups. Eventually, after 10-12 days of silence, I received a regret email without any explanation. This lack of professionalism and transparency wasted a crucial hiring period (March) for my batch, limiting my chances of securing other opportunities. A company of Cvent’s stature should value candidates' time and communicate effectively rather than leaving them in uncertainty for weeks. I hope they improve their recruitment process to make it fair and respectful for future applicants. Would I recommend applying? Toxic management, if you are a man you ll have to clear the way of management to their rss,if you don't they will start escalating as soon they come across that someone is approaching you. You wouldn't get any exp just waste the time because in this company no one gonna help you with difficulty that they will keep imposing.transportis pathetic, 3 people on the back seat of Swift desire, there is a separate transport politics that you have to deal with,Food is pathetic , they don't have money for food, even when they are borrowing money from the black stone still they have to do cost cutting, reason being the wastage of money by management is on its heights , easy promotion for the one who follow them , and you know how a man has to follow and a women , there is gender based criteria for securing job and getting promotion, management expect a new dish every 6 months and this is in line with the us leadership visit to India....Read More
