1. The culture is great. Cventers are generally helpful and the culture is pretty welcoming provided you know how to get along with people. 2. Cvent spends a lot on team outings, sales parties and marketing events. The company-wide event, hosted annually is the highlight of the year where promotions are announced with much fanfare. 3. The work culture is quite dynamic and fast-paced. If you're someone who's laidback and prefers working at your own pace, Cvent's not for you! 4. Dislikes

1. The work culture can get toxic. Everyone is expected to outperform and over-deliver. 2. There's not much work-life balance as can be seen from above. Can be asked to work on weekends and there's always work to do! 3. Though they pay well, the salaries at junior/ associate levels could be better. 4. Internal favouritism is quite prominent.

I'm a recent commerce graduate (July 2024) with internship experience, including a paid internship, and I'm actively seeking Process Associate/New associate roles at companies like IBM, Accenture, Cvent, Genpact and others. I've applied to several positions, but unfortunately, I haven't received any responses. I'm facing a difficult financial situation right now, and securing a job is crucial for me.
