HR culture is good there is always something interesting going on. Work life balance is ok. You can manage the workload.

Dislikes

Engineering culture is bad. Nothing is managed properly and nobody wants to do it now. Increment and promotion was good in past but in new policy they have made it pathetic. Specially for seniors, no promotion and Increment less than inflation. Growth is bad here, in terms of learning.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
