I am still working in cult, format head bicky Prasad call us anytime and ask to conduct session even at very short period of time, mentally exhausted job and nobody's there to support , they don't even provide leaves properly, they have something to say everytime, this happens when wrong people's get higher opportunities.

It's a fitness company but doesn't care about their trainer's health, give them no time to relax with split shifts and they dont have positions to promote their employees, 95% people working on same positions for years after achieving best rating and then they find a small stupid reason to fire them and hire new college students at half their salary to save their cost....Read More

Zero personal zero personal timing. You have to work on split shift also. With that, if you are on off shift you have to attend all the meetings including sales operations in which will be trashed by your managers. Also with that you won't be getting holidays on national holiday and of above all you won't be credited with double payor any kind of perks and benefits on working on national holidays. Also with that you will be getting comp of in which you have worked on national holidays which you can't read him because of high targets which you have been assigned with. Also with that there is a lot of cheap politics and tantrums in the company. The upper management is not ready to listen any of the things which you are facing on ground level. Also with that they increase your target by 50%. Let's say suppose last month your target was 10 lakh and you have achieved your target. So the companies is supposed to increase it by 12 lakh or 12.5 lakh. They'll directly increase by 17 lakh just like that. Also with that you won't be getting any holidays or neither on National holidays nor on general holidays. You sometimes you have to work on Sundays. Also the role associates centre Manager is just for the sake of name. You have to do some cheap works which you are not responsible for. Just like housekeeping. You will be trust by your manager timely or we can say daily for not completing your target for not completing your ratings and all. No salary. Salary is too less too less according to your work. Also with that you will be according to if you keep consideration of your work and we compare your salary, it would be too less. You have to do a work of rupees 2 lakh per month and you'll be getting salary of 20-25,000 per month. The upper management and your managers keep threatening you that you will be fired if you won't be able to complete your target within every 3 months right and which is not completely in your hand. If you will try your fullest then also if unfortunately it won't become true or informed come as possible to complete your target. You will be threatened timely. Is this more likely of mental torture that you won't be able to handle long period of time? Nobody stays here most of the time most of the employees as being a cult employee. Most of the employees leave the company within a year or those whoever sticks in the company for 2 to 3 years are morally involved into politics and all. HR ABHA, gave me a false information about my full and final settlement. When i asked her, her behaviour not at all good. She is employee engagement HR, but she doesn’t come to office for months and no one ask her why. Worst management.

Nothing as such. I did not work here, but I worked for Sugarfit, since my company was using their infra I had to connect with them to get things done.

People of data engineering and analytics do not used to reply, some people used to reply after a month with bad excuses. Not sure why this was the case but this affected my work and journey. If this happens with you don't keep this to yourself contact their manager and be shameless to report such cases.

At the beginning it was all okay till few months. I dont work for salary i just work for incentive. I do earn good sometimes.

Forget about you mental health and work life balance. No proper leave. Alot of politics. Managers will only like the one who butters and if u earn more than them forget your peace.

Zero job security in ops team, the senior level employees have no proper vision, and ground team always pays for the chaos created by the senior level employees who report directly to their leadership. No employee engagement activity, lame increments in the name appraisals and no promotions of ground employees have been finalised yet, the ground team have no scope of growth in this company, only layoffs after each AOP meeting in December so no job security as well....Read More

Nothing you gonna like in cult.fit if you’re pure sales consultant.

Dislikes

They didn’t treat us as cult.fit employees. No holidays, No company event you can Attend. You will not get week off properly. If you’re sick you have to come office. If you’re trying to take earned leaves they will not approve. Management is very toxic. Incentivise is scam here. They will give you 5k incentives after 3M of work. Don’t join this shit company if you don’t wanna spoil your life.
