Dislikes

Work life balance and scope of work are horrible here. Even though they claim working days and working hours to be Monday to Friday and 9-5 job, the work pressure demands to extend enormous working hours and weekend extensions. No employee friendly at all.

No work life balance, focus are more towards internal cost saving then employees basic comfort, no better leave policies in team even though company provides good leave policies in short you have to forget your personal life.

I guess I joined the company at the wrong time (pandemic Time). However, I am not very happy on how the employees were treated. I knew that the pandemic would be over at one point of time and the management should have kept that in mind before taking any harsh decisions. Personally I found the job to be very hectic, Reasons for that No specific instructions of what is expected of you but be ready to hear some feedback day in day out No clarity of what the management wants from you You would be assigned to projects and would be taken out of any without any prior message and without any reasons.
