Work -life balance is very worst. Need to spend daily 14hrs all 7 days in a week. Zero personal life in this company.

Work Details

My work will start from home at 6am (calls) and ends at 10pm. Monday is woff but we have to work from home. Zero personal life.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
