Literally nothing.

Dislikes

The company has poor management. Ever though the management tell you there is transparency but there is not. The company is full of biased people and the the culture is just so low graded. They don't have clarity over any decision. They haven't even served or paid a satisfying amount after laying off people. Thank god I left before that but the company is not a place people would want to work in trust me on that....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
