Toxic environment, micro managing, no leadership skills among the management, illegal handling of finances, lying to the clients about all the campaigns, HR does not care about the problems faced by the employees, constant nagging if your targets are not met, favouritism, salary not crediting on time. they are just full of fake promises, everyone is lying to the brands they are onboarding, the behviour with employees is shit, their is absolutely no job security, they have partiality among emplyoess, they terminate the employees without any notice, no training is provided

Not a great experience working here. The work culture wasn't good. A lot of office politics. Toxic environment. HR team is not good. I went to them multiple times stating that I'm facing issues with my time and they didn't give a rat's behind about anything. All they cared about was "numbers" since I was in Business Development. Salaries were not credited on time ever. No proper structure among departments. All they always care about is how much business they're getting and never an inch about their employees. I saw at least 5-6 people leave this place while I was working there and everyone had the same things to say before leaving. LONG WORKING HOURS. Managers were not understanding at all and they'd put unqualified people in managers' seats who didn't even know how to apply a simple MS Excel formula and execute a basic calculation.
