It is basically a women based MNC company where women candidates are very much prefered. Here judgement is taken by gender not by male candidates work ethics and work effort. After completion of 1 year training the male candidates are sacked by the MNC company. work is so lighter for women candidates and work is very much harder formale candidates. So outstation candidates of Maharashtra please don't join this company for apprenticeship training. Please choose other companies like Ashok Leyland, ge aerospace, tata etc. It's a low rated company not a 5 star company....Read More

Work culture, work satisfaction , life at cummins is very good.

Dislikes

Women candidate's are very much preferred at cummins. Some machines are not cleaned in the machine shop. Many male candidates are sacked by cummins india pvt. Ltd. , Permanent job security is very bad at cummins india. So it's not a 5star company. Its an average rated company.
