I work for Cuemath as an Sales manager and I like it very much, because of following reasons: Work-life balance Importance given to health, safety, environment (also called HSE) and this is required for long term sustainability Cuemath culture is pretty much impressive. Salary is preety good.

Nothing WORST COMPANY EVER. Someone teach them how to hire and train new joinees. they call 15days training

Their training is the worst, there are no systems and processes in place. They assign any random teacher to get new teachers trained And those teacher don't feel obliged to maintain a routine or reply properly. Their management doesn't respond in timely manner, doesn't listen or answers emails</mark>. At last if you are planning to join as a "Tutor Partner" as they call it read their terms and conditions they don't consider tutors as their employees, so forget all benefits and perks. You will not have any personal space or life if you work in this company. The company higher authorities, the team leaders and the managers expect you to work 7 days a week. They blackmail saying incase the target is not met they will mark you absent or deduct the stipend or salary.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad. The higher authorities blackmail saying if the target is not met they will reduce the stipend. The pay is horrible for the work you are made to do. They don’t process the salary and incentives on time at all. The management is very poor.
