The only good aspect about the whole company are the few handpicked individuals who are helpful and do not shrug off responsibilities. Company has given selective departments the option to WFH and/or 5 days work week. The only reason I have been generous with the ratings is because the career growth in this company has been good for me.
Dislikes
There's always something that is changing in this organization - New process, new team structure, new department, new office, new rules, new leadership etc. The company lost its face for being employee centric in the worst ways possible. The company feels that its employees are ready to contribute 45-54 hours a week diligently without any sort of motivation.
